Any transactions with LANG 1943 means that you unequivocally accept the following terms and conditions of purchase:
Please ensure that you are certain in your purchasing decision before commencing to pay for your order. Finalizing and paying for your order will mean that you unequivocally understand and accept that you agree to all the terms & conditions on the LANG 1943 website. There is no return or exchange accepted for limited edition watches. The items are limited edition items that are in high demand, this policy allows us to prevent hoarding/fraud and ensures that the product reaches the hands of real buyers and fans. In the events of manufacture defect, the watch will be replaced at no extra cost and LANG 1943 will bear all additional shipping and handling costs associated with the return/replacement of the purchase.
Shipping dates
Before making a purchase, please refer to the product pages on the shipping advisory. Estimated shipping advisories are subjected to changes due to Covid 19 restrictions and quality control standards.
Multiple purchases
To combat the existing reseller problem, we have a stringent one watch per customer policy. In the case of duplicate purchases, our system will detect this and one order will be canceled.
Precautions against resale accounts
Accounts that are suspected of being linked to reseller profiles will be banned immediately. We will take measures to prevent future purchases by such accounts.
Payment provider/Credit card errors
If a credit card error occurs at checkout, it is primarily due to either the security policies or restrictions put in place by your card issuer, and not our payments transactions provider. Please ensure that your card has overseas purchases enabled before you participate in this order. Please note that our payments provider will put in place strict verification processes such as OTP codes and matching addresses to your card. Alternatively, you might want to consider alternative payment options such as Apple Pay or Android Pay. Please note that for Apple Pay, a Safari browser is necessary for it to work.
Loss of package/Custom delays
We will only use DHL Express from the point of origin for all local international orders. Please refer to DHL’s terms of service in your respective country should you require more information on shipping terms, conditions, and requirements.
You understand that any loss of packages or customs delays shall not be within the purview of LANG 1943, and any claims and correspondence shall be with DHL, or with your country’s customs authority. While LANG 1943 shall provide assistance with regards to paperwork on a best effort basis, you understand that LANG 1943 shall not be held liable for any matter with this regard.
Additional Measures to stem Speculation and Unauthorized Resale
Warranty for Limited Edition Items
- Warranty or service claims within the first six months of receiving your watch by anyone other than the original buyer on record will be rejected.
- Warranty for any watches discovered on the resale market within the first six months will be voided.
VAT/GST/Excise Taxes/Custom Duty
Please note that you have not been charged domestic VAT or related taxes at the point of order, DHL, or the local delivery courier used may require you to pay the necessary VAT/GST/excise taxes/custom duty applicable to your country of receipt before releasing the shipment. These taxes are unique to your country of domicile, and we shall not be held responsible for the payment of such taxes, except for local domestic taxes. LANG 1943 is not responsible for the cost of local customs duty or additional taxes or VAT outside of the United Arab Emirates.
Exchanges & Repairs (Warranty)
All items are thoroughly inspected by manufacturer before they leave the factory for shipping. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a one-to-one

1. Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed by customers on the LANG 1943 brand online shop, www.lang1943.com.
1.2 The website www.lang1943.com is operated by LANG 1943 FZCO ("LANG 1943"), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
1.3 LANG 1943 can be reached by post at the address mentioned above or by email at info@lang1943.com.
1.4 The General Terms and Conditions applicable to product orders are those in effect on the date the order is submitted, as shown on the website. When confirming your order, you will be required to accept the General Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of these terms is necessary to process your order. LANG 1943 reserves the right to update its policies at its discretion and as deemed necessary.
2. Offer and conclusion of the contract
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to order and does not constitute a legally binding offer.
2.2 Product descriptions on our website are approximate, and product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions (including size, weight, capacity, and dimensions) and display true colors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our site perfectly match the actual product colors.
2.3 By clicking the order button, the customer agrees to purchase all products listed on the order page.
2.4 All orders are subject to acceptance by LANG 1943. Orders are considered accepted once LANG 1943 communicates them to the shipping company. For direct orders, cancellation for a full refund is possible within 10 hours. For pre-order products, cancellation for a full refund is possible until the end of the pre-order period. After this point, cancellation is not possible, but customers have the right to withdraw as described below.
2.5 All products presented on our website are subject to availability. If the product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email and offer (i) to secure payment for the next available batch, if any, or (ii) to notify you once the watch is back in stock.
2.6 Online sales through the website are intended for end consumers and not for resellers. LANG 1943 may refuse an order if it suspects the products are being purchased for resale.
2.7 Customers must comply with all applicable rules. If the customer is restricted from purchasing certain products due to government measures, they commit not to order them. LANG 1943 reserves the right to refuse an order if there are any doubts. The customer agrees to allow LANG 1943 to use their provided personal data to conduct appropriate sales due diligence.
2.8 Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information for delivery and sale. Any changes must be sent to info@lang1943.com. For direct order products, delivery information cannot be updated after 10 hours of ordering. For pre-order products, delivery information can only be updated until the end of the pre-order period. After this period, as we utilize an automatic fulfillment center, the item will be processed for picking, packing, and delivery.
3. Payment prices and terms
3.1 The prices will be in Euro. These prices are exclusive of tax for exports and VAT. The customer is responsible for the customs import duties, VAT or any related taxes applicable in his country, and should be aware before purchasing. Our watches can be shipped from different warehouses in the world. Local duties and VAT are due upon the delivery of our watches and this will depends on your country. It's a normal process that e-commerce brands have, as they don't have boutiques to include or charge local taxes. If the customer doesn't want to pay the taxes, the product will be returned to us and we will have to deduct those fees from the refund, as local government taxes cannot be refunded. Please make sure of your decision before refusing to pay government taxes an duties, as sometimes it can be more appropriate to keep the product.. Depending on the country the Website is visited from, the currency may be different. However, payments will always be made in Euro. Price differences may appear on the product page and the invoice, according to the exchange rate of the day. However, we will still charge in EUR (Euro).
3.3 LANG 1943 reserves the right to change their prices at any given time. The prices charged to customers are the prices that are published on the site on the days of the order.
3.4 The payment can be made either by debit card, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
3.5 The payment shall be made upon order. If, for any reason, the payment is refused, the order will be automatically cancelled.
4. Delivery terms and conditions
4.1 In general, the delivery time is between 5 to 15 days, unless otherwise specified in the offer. The delivery time is given as an estimation only and is not binding. Depending on the country of delivery, it may take more time due in particular to customs inspections. LANG 1943 will not be liable for any delay due to an extension of the delivery deadline.
4.2 LANG 1943 offers the shipping cost.
4.3 All products will be shipped worldwide, with insurance and tracking references. We are not responsible for any import permit fees and/or other fees that couriers may add.
4.4 In the event some of the ordered products are not available, LANG 1943 is entitled to make partial deliveries.
4.5 In the event the product could not be delivered due to the customer’s fault, LANG 1943 is entitled to withdraw from the contract after two delivery attempts. In this case, any payments made will be refunded, subject to deduction of delivery costs and any others costs LANG 1943 had to bear in connection with the return of the product.
4.6 In the event the product could not be delivered due to the customer non-payment of customs fees, permit fees due to the remote or out of town area or if customs refuse the product for whatever reason, LANG 1943 is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded, subject to deduction of delivery costs and all others costs LANG 1943 had to bear in connection with for the return of the product.
4.7 Some shipping restrictions may occur with regard to certain national regulations. Before ordering, the customer shall make sure that there are no shipping restrictions in his/her country. LANG 1943 is not liable for any delivery problem due to national restrictions. If delivery is made impossible due to national restrictions, the order will be cancelled. The price will be refunded subject to deduction of delivery and any other fees. LANG 1943 does not deliver to P.O. boxes and such orders can be cancelled (some couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes).
4.7 Due to shipping carriers restrictions area, some destinations are not covered, therefore we are not able to ship our products in those specific areas.
5. Transfer of property
The product remains LANG 1943’s property until it has been fully paid for and delivered to the customer. Pledging, assignment by way of security, transformation or modification shall not take place prior to LANG 1943’s transfer of ownership and without LANG 1943’s consent.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days following receipt of the products. The withdrawal declaration must be notified in writing via LANG 1943’s e-mail address. The dispatch date of the withdrawal declaration is relevant for compliance with the deadline. It is not necessary to state the reasons for cancellation. 6.2 The withdrawal right is exercised in such a way that the sales contract is transformed into a cancellation, with the return of the services received under the contract. The customer is obliged to return the received product to LANG 1943 in the original packaging, the protective sticker on the glass of the watch must still be present, together with all supplied accessories (including straps, accessories, packaging, certificate of origin and all other papers), without any trace of use, and within 14 days from the withdrawal declaration to LANG 1943. The returning costs of the watch are to be supported by the customer. Without all these conditions, the product has no resale value for a new customer.
6.3 You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If you do not use a tracking service and purchase a shipping insurance and that the product is lost, LANG 1943 will not refund you.
6.4 Once paid, the purchase price shall be immediately refunded to the customer, less the return costs upon receipt and inspection of the products, subject to a deduction from the price to be refunded in case of damage to the product or excessive wear and tear. LANG 1943 has the right to hold the refund until the product has been returned or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first.
6.5 Withdrawal rights are not applicable to limited edition watches and it will be communicated as such on the Website. This exception is due to the fact that limited editions are only sold for a specific period of time and cannot be sold again after a potential return. Pre-orders limited by time cannot be refund after the pre-order selling period, due to the fact that we need to produce the watches with the funds received. However, our customers have the right to be refunded before the end of the pre-order period.
7. Warranty and liability
7.1 LANG 1943guarantees that the products comply with the promised qualities, are free from defects that may affect their value or fitness for purpose and that they correspond to the intended performance and specifications.
7.2 LANG 1943 provides the customer with a warranty against manufacturing defects or hidden defects within 2 years as from the date of delivery of the product. Any claim for manufacturing defects or hidden defects must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the Products or, in case of hidden defects, from their discovery. Our customer service is available at info@lang1943.com. A manufacturing defect and/or a hidden defect notified in the above mentioned delay shall allow for the replacement or reparation of the defective product or a refund of the paid price, at LANG 1943’s sole discretion, by LANG 1943 and at LANG 1943’s costs (except the shipping cost of the defective product to LANG 1943which shall be at the customer’s cost).
The customer must then return the damaged or defective product to LANG 1943 (in its original packaging), to the address that LANG 1943 will communicate at a later stage.
7.3 LANG 1943 shall not be liable for any damage caused by a misuse of a product. Excessive shocks or vibrations, exposure to strong electromagnets and similar activities can cause damage to or affect the functions. 7.4 You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If the product is lost, due to the fact that you do not use a tracking service and do not purchase a shipping insurance, LANG 1943 will not refund you.
7.5 The warranty does not include straps and accessories.

Despite all the care taken in preparing the Website, it may contain inaccurate or incomplete information. LANG 1943 is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the images or descriptions of the products on the Website. LANG 1943 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from interruptions of the Website, from the occurrence of bugs hindering the navigation of the Website or from any other technical problems (including the possible presence of viruses or other harmful elements). LANG 1943 accepts no responsibility for the content of third-party websites that may be accessible from the Website or linking to their Website by means of hyperlinks. LANG 1943 has no control over the content of these external sites.

LANG 1943 shall not be liable for failure to execute an order due to force majeure. Force majeure is any circumstance beyond the control of LANG 1943, including, but not limited to, major business disruptions, accidents, labour disputes, late or defective deliveries of raw materials or semi- or fully manufactured products, restrictions imposed by the authorities, epidemics, pandemics, fires, floods or other natural disasters.

LANG 1943 brand is a protected trademark and cannot be used and reproduced without LANG 1943’s express written consent. The content and structure of the products displayed by LANG 1943, as well as the entire internet offers, are protected by copyright. The use of articles and work tools for personal use by the customer is permitted, however their commercial distribution in part or whole requires the express permission of LANG 1943.
12. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The contractual relationship between the customer and LANG 1943 is subject to UAE substantive laws, excluding the provisions of the United Nations Convention of 11 April 1980 on the International Sale of Goods.
13. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
