Refunds or exchanges can only be requested within the first 14 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that LANG 1943 reserves the right to accept or refuse a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your request and it is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return the watch to LANG 1943. The items must be returned no later than 10 days from the date you receive a notification with an approval for a refund or exchange. All returned watches for refund or exchange must be unused and in their original condition and packaging (including accessories and documentation – straps, bracelet with all of its links, tools if applicable, certificates of origin, etc.) with the protective stickers in-tact and with no signs of damage, wear and tear or alteration (“New and Unused Condition”). Returns and exchanges will be declined if the watch, its accessories and packaging show signs of wear, damage and/or alteration.
Upon receiving the returned order, LANG 1943 will carefully inspect the watch to verify its condition. If it meets the necessary criteria, a refund will be issued through the original payment method used. If you requested an exchange for a different reference or model, we will provide guidance on the price differences that may apply. If the exchange is a result of a manufacturing defect, we will replace your order with the same model that was purchased.
There are no charges to refund or exchange your order (unless there is a difference of price between watch models in an exchange); While we cover the initial shipping costs for the delivery of your order, any additional shipping, duties and taxes incurred during the return or exchange process will be your responsibility (unless a watch is returned or exchanged due to a manufacturing defect). If such charges arise, we will inform you in advance, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund, or added to your exchange invoice.
Once your refund request is accepted and the watch has been received by LANG 1943 and approved by the team to be in new and unused condition, we will issue the refund immediately. Depending on standard banking procedures, it should take approximately 5 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. However, please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as bank processing times or variations in international transactions. If the watch is not in New and Unused Condition when it is received by LANG 1943, all shipping expenses and any other expenses incurred in the return process, will be invoiced to you.
In case of exchanges, the replacement watch will be sent once the returned item has been received and inspected by LANG 1943. Any item not in New and Unused Condition that is returned will not be accepted and no exchange will be issued. Any and all duties and taxes will also be your responsibility at all times.
Please note that limited edition pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This exception is due to the fact that limited editions are only sold for a specific period of time and cannot be sold again after a potential return. Due to their unique nature and limited availability, we are unable to accept returns for refunds or exchanges for these specific watches.
Please also note that pre-orders limited by time cannot be refunded after the pre-order selling period has ended. However, our customers have the right to be refunded before the end of the pre-order period.
