Warranty & Service
All LANG 1943 watches are designed in Germany and manufactured in Switzerland.
Our warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. This means that if your watch exhibits any defects due to faults in the manufacturing process, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
There are exclusions that are not covered under the warranty.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Improper Usage: Any damage caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, accidents, or any actions outside of the intended use of the watch are not covered. This includes but is not limited to dropping the watch, submerging it beyond the specified water resistance, and exposing it to extreme temperatures or magnetic fields, and not operating the watch properly as per the provided instructions or guidelines.
- Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading of colour, and changes in the appearance of materials (oxidation and change of colour of straps for example), are not covered under the warranty. Over time, these are natural occurrences that can happen with normal use of the watch.
- Unauthorized Modifications: If any unauthorized service, modifications or repairs have been performed on the watch, the warranty becomes void. This includes alterations made by anyone other than our authorized service centre.
We accept multiple payment methods, including Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.
All prices on this website are shown and charged in Euro (€).
Returns & Exchange
Please note that LANG 1943 reserves the right to accept or refuse a refund or exchange. To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. You can easily do this by visiting our contact page and filling out the provided form.
- Once we receive your request and it is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- If you wish to obtain a refund, please ensure that the returned item is unused and in its original packaging. The watch should be in its original condition, with all protective stickers intact and no signs of damage or alteration.
- Upon receiving the returned order, our dedicated team will carefully inspect the watch to verify its condition. If it meets the necessary criteria, a refund will be issued through the original payment method used.
- If you prefer to exchange the watch for a different reference or model, please let us know in your initial request. We will provide guidance on the available options and any price differences that may apply. If the exchange is a result of a manufacturing defect, we will replace your order with the same model that was purchased.
- Please note that limited edition pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Due to their unique nature and limited availability, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for these specific watches.
Please note that returns or exchanges will be declined if the product shows signs of wear, damage and/or alteration, as we are unable to accept used or damaged items. LANG 1943 reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges.
There are no charges for returning or exchanging your order (unless there is a difference in the price of the watch). However, please note that we do not cover the costs of returning an item, including shipping fees and any applicable duties and taxes.
While we cover the initial shipping costs for the delivery of your order, any additional shipping, duties and taxes incurred during the return or exchange process will be your responsibility (unless a watch is returned or exchanged due to a manufacturing defect). If such charges arise, we will inform you in advance, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

Delivery & Shipping
We generally ship all over the world, except for countries subject to international embargoes and/or sanctions. For a list of excluded countries please visit DHL website.
We use DHL Express service for deliveries around the world. All our shipments are made with delivery against signatures to avoid thefts and misplacements. For products in stock, the delivery timeline varies between 5 to 10 days.
At present, all our watches are dispatched from the UAE.
Shipping is included in our pricing on all purchases made through the website.

Taxes and customs fees are not included in the published price of the watch. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the local tax and customs authorities.
Depending on the destination country and the timing of your purchase, you may be subject to local taxes and import duties. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery, and you will be notified by the local representatives of DHL prior to receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact estimate of the import tax and duties, as these charges are subject to change by the local authorities. To obtain an estimate on the potential charges associated with your purchase, we recommend contacting the duty/tax services in your country.
If the taxes and/or duties are not paid upon delivery, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, your purchase will be refunded, minus the shipping fees.

If your package arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund if necessary. We may also request that you provide photos of the damage to help us better understand the issue.
