All LANG 1943 watches are designed in Germany and manufactured in Switzerland.
LANG 1943 warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Please check the product page or warranty information for specific details.
The Lang 1943 warranty extends for two years from the date of shipment and covers any/all manufacturing and assembly defects. The warranty does not cover any damages to the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, improper use, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:
- Theft and/or loss
- Wear and tear and normal ageing of the timepiece
- All types of damage to the timepiece resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accidents, improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by the band.
We accept multiple payment methods, including Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Returns & Exchange
From the date of delivery, you have a 14 days deadline to contact us and carry out a request for return. To do so, please go to our contact page where you will be able to fill out a return form. Once the request is sent, and after our acceptance, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions to return your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Upon receiving the retuned order, our team will inspect the condition of the watch to ensure that the time piece has not be used, is in its original package and protection stickers, is not damage or altered and once the condition of the watch is verified, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product(s) shows signs of wear and/or alteration.

If the exchange is a result of a factory default, we will replace your order with the same model that was purchased. In case of exchange for a different reference, our team will contact you to settle the price difference where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product(s) shows signs of wear and/or alteration.
There are no charges to return or refund your order, however we do not cover the costs of returning an item such as shipping and/or duties and taxes. Once you return and/or exchange request has been accepted, a prepaid DHL slip will be provided to you for shipping your parcel. However, in case of additional duties and taxes during return and/or exchange, the amount will be communicated to you in advance and deducted from the refund where applicable.
Once we have acceptance of the refund request, we will immediately issue the refund and depending your bank, it should take approximately 5 to 10 working days.
Delivery & Shipping
We ship all over the world; except Russia, Sudan and Iran.
We ship to over 100 countries around the globe from our different centreslocated in Germany, Switzerland, and the UAE.
We use DHL Express service for delivers around the world. All our shipments are made with delivery against signatures to avoid thefts and misplacements. For products in stock, the delivery timeline varies between 5 to 10 days.
Shipping is included in our pricing on all purchases made through the www.lang1943.com website.
Taxes and customs fees are not included in the published price. You may be subject to local tax and/or import duties depending where your watch will be delivered and when the purchase was made. The taxes and duties will be collected at the time of delivery which will be notified by the local DHL representatives prior to delivery of the order. Unfortunately, we are unbale to advise you on the approximate cost of the import tax and duties as these charges are subject to change bylocal authorities. We recommend that you contact the duty/tax services in your country to obtain an estimate on the purchase of the timepiece. If the tax and/or duties are not paid, your order will be returned to usand your purchase will be refunded minus shipping fees.
You can track your order via the courier’s website by using the order number and details that will be provided to you in the confirmation email. You will also receive updates via email as your order progresses through the shipping process, including when it has been shipped and any tracking information available. If you have any questions about your order or its status, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

For any delivery problem with your order, contact us directly from our contact page or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make the necessary arrangements with the carrier and will do everything possible to ensure that your package arrives correctly at its destination.
If your package arrives damaged, please send us an email on email@example.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund if necessary. To expedite the process, please have your order number and any relevant information about the damage ready when you contact us. We may also request that you provide photos of the damage to help us better understand the issue.
